Roles and relationship disclosures
A formal certificate must identify who sets the standard, provides observation data, calculates and signs the rating, and decides an appeal.
Four roles (current register)
For the first issuance period (2026-09-29 to 2027-09-28), KUAIFANFAN is recorded as standard-setting body, observation-data provider, rating computation and issuer, and appeal decision-maker. Contact: Charles. Shared control and shared personnel with Omseek are disclosed; this is not an independent third-party rating.
Omseek relationship
Omseek is the initiator and founding maintainer and uses VGO capabilities in customer products. KUAIFANFAN operates under the same control relationship. A customer relationship cannot buy a higher Rank or a favorable appeal.
Appeal recusal
The person who approved a certificate issuance must not decide that certificate’s appeal. Recusal is enforced by process, not by inventing a second unaffiliated legal entity.
Register source
Authoritative rows live in the website operator register. Certificate role fields must match that register when formal certificates exist.
