Developer access

Framework owns Rank issuance, certificates and status. Omseek consumes the same formal interfaces for diagnosis and optimization. This site does not hold issuance keys.

1. L0 · Standards

   Published system specification and frozen Rank standard are readable; OpenAPI v1.0 is downloadable.

2. L1 · Public verification

   Certificate, status, signature and approved rankings are readable on the production host. The production signing path is enabled; announcing formal issuance within the first-issuance scope remains an operational notice this site has not yet made.

3. L2 · Sandbox

   An isolated trial host may be configured as a read source; it is never a formal rating.

4. L3 · Diagnostics

   Authorized evidence, VHI, action and retest. Planned with scope and quotas.

5. L4 · Partner integration

   Customer-authorized integration. Planned.

6. L5 · Framework operations

   Sampling, calibration, formal issuance and revocation remain Framework-internal.

Download the frozen OpenAPI. Production and alternate hosts are configured. Key applications are a transitional path; Console is the primary path for organizations and credentials. Paid private diagnostics cannot change formal rating eligibility or sampling.
